Another celebration today in Wijnegem at the graduation ceremony of our foremen who have completed the POP process!
The POP process (Personal Development Plan) is aimed at further developing our foremen in order to better fulfill their role in the future. They are offered both soft skill training (communication, etc.) and hard skill training (excel, etc.). During the process, they are also supervised by an assigned mentor and HR.
The process is a good example of how our company invests in the growth of our people.
